Fans can book to join iconic Cockney musician and entertainer on his 60th Anniversary Tour at the Congress Theatre, on the new date of Wednesday August 19. This promises to be a night of music and memories like no other. Those with tickets for his original date will have their tickets and seat numbers automatically transferred and do not need to contact the Box Office – just present their original ticket on arrival August 19.

Joe is unique, a genuine one off. With a history that spans music hall, skiffle, rock ‘n’ roll, theatre, films, tv, radio and even circus (his grandfather performed with Buffalo Bill), there aren’t many artists that can claim such an entertaining background. He is one of the very few to have successfully traversed the years and genres and still be absolutely contemporary.

Touring with the likes of Eddie Cochran, Billy Fury and Gene Vincent before headlining shows (with The Beatles as Joe’s opening act!), the heady days of Rock ‘N’ Roll will be laid bare and the evening promises to be an intimate glimpse into the hectic world of one of Britain’s most enduring and best loved performers.

A real survivor and a mega musical talent, the musician’s musician Joe Brown has seen it all and, as his fans can testify, his tales of life on the road are, quite simply, hilarious. He has many stories and jokes - and he knows how to tell ‘em!

Limited seats remain so don’t delay book now! The Eastbourne Theatres website remains open 24 hours a day with tickets available for future performances.

Join Joe Brown to celebrate his 60th Anniversary Tour at the Congress Theatre on new date 19 August, 7.30pm. Tickets are available from £22, to book call the box office on 01323 412000 or book online at
